This recipe Coconut Mango Chicken Stir Fry has become one of our staples over the past year; I can never get enough mango or cilantro. Since we are on the cleanse I needed to change the original recipe a little. I used 1 tbsp. almond butter instead of the peanut butter and I omitted the sweet chili sauce as it has sugar in it, instead I used some red pepper flakes and a few dashes of Tabasco sauce.
