Day 14 – We did it! I feel very refreshed and ready to take on the world after this cleanse.
First, a special thanks to thank Robin and Kristijana from Vibrant Living for organizing this cleanse and providing some great recipes. And a thanks to Ashley at Moksha Yoga for introducing me to her fabulous studio and all the benefits it has to offer – and for promoting my blog. I would also like to thank my family and friends for being supportive to my eating restrictions and encouraging me when I was having a tough day. Lastly, I need to give a super-special thanks to my husband, Al, for being my partner in this cleanse. I know he only participated to support me and it really helped make my journey easier.
Some of the habits I will be keeping up from the cleanse will be:
- to keep the gluten out as much as possible.
- add some of the recipes that I really enjoyed to my meal plan repertoire.
- keeping up my Moksha yoga practice so I can continue to sweat out those toxins!
